SMS Alerts Consent

We send occasional SMS alerts to internal administrators about website availability, such as availability matrix validation failures and recovery. These are purely transactional and operational notifications.

Who receives messages

Only employees and contractors with administrative responsibilities who provide their mobile numbers in the private admin settings of our website.

How we collect consent

Administrators explicitly provide their mobile number in the admin settings and acknowledge they will receive operational alerts related to site uptime and availability.

Message frequency and fees

We send a low volume of messages, typically under 100 per month total. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

Opt-out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support information. We rely on Twilio's built-in STOP/START/HELP handling.
