SMS Alerts Consent

We send occasional SMS alerts to internal administrators about website availability, such as availability matrix validation failures and recovery. These are purely transactional and operational notifications.

• Who receives messages: Only employees and contractors with administrative responsibilities who provide their mobile numbers in the private admin settings of our website.
• How we collect consent: Administrators explicitly provide their mobile number in the admin settings and acknowledge they will receive operational alerts related to site uptime and availability.
• Message frequency and fees: We typically send fewer than 100 messages per month total. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
• Opt-out and support: Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for support information. We rely on Twilio's built-in STOP/START/HELP handling.
